In the development of our plastic mats, we have paid attention to ease of use and high environmental friendliness. An essential basic feature of our mat construction is the patented plug-in system.
P I O S - Flexible "PLUG IN/OUT SYSTEM"
Here, the individual mats can be easily plugged together - and also pulled apart again. The outstanding feature is the 2mm clearance between the individual mats. Plastic changes at different temperatures. It expands when it is warm and contracts when it is cold. In systems that have a continuous connection, when it gets warm the plastic has no room to expand and gives in to the upward pressure - it throws waves. Because of the 2mm space on all 4 sides, the plastic in our system has room to expand. With our system, large mat ski slopes, water jumps, go-kart tracks and tubing tracks can be fixed evenly and cleanly to the ground.
A T P S - ASYNCRONOUS TWIN PIN SYSTEM
The proven 2 pimple system "ASYNCHRONOUS TWIN PIN SYSTEM" (ATPS) guarantees fast gliding. Different pimple heights result in less contact surface and less friction with clear tracking stability. 50 % less contact surface for ski/snowboard/tubing results in fastest gliding. 20 mm fixed pimples provide perfect stability for alpine skiing (carving).
UV RESISTANCE & WARRANTY
Light stabilisers and Titanium pigments reflect heat, protect against UV radiation, increase resistance to wear. Almost any colour can be produced, with white offering the highest UV resistance. Long-term proven and in use for many years. 3 year warranty on material and manufacturing defects and on defects caused by natural UV radiation. Minimum 10 year service life under normal use.
