Tubing tracks with modular system

In an extensive catalogue you can choose the right module for your tubing track depending on your wishes and site planning.Whether straight down or with fast curves through tunnels or overpasses. Our TubTrax module systems are compatible for straight stretches and curves. It can easily be expanded as required and the modules are quickly assembled.

Module Tubing Bahn Systeme

In addition to the fast Tubtrax sliding mats, we also offer the corresponding modules for installation "as desired".

A tubing track needs side walls on the right and left if it is straight. These side walls ensure a clear ride and keep the tubing tire and rider in the track.

If several tracksen are built next to each other, the corresponding side parts ensure a safe track. If a longer track with curves is to be built or a fast curve is only needed at the end of a tubing track to bring the tube to a stop, our curve modules are exactly the right ones.

Due to different soil conditions in different countries, these modules are offered with a closed floor or an open floor.

You can choose between 4 module systems: M1, M2.1., M2.2., M3. This allows you to select which module best suits the respective terrain. See the positioning below. Our galvanized light metal constructions can be easily assembled on site with your own work team. We also offer an optional flexible start gate for a quick start.

Jumps into the air bag are becoming increasingly popular for indoor and outdoor use. We also offer sturdy jumps/kickers made of metal for this purpose.

We offer the following four module systems:

TubTrax-M1

Straight track - single or multi-track - closed floor modules

Features:

Entire metal construction is connected.
Installation one behind the other and/or next to each other.
All parts are galvanized to prevent rust.
Anchored to the ground using sturdy, twisted pegs.
Mats are put together for the straight and side construction.
Running width for the tubing tires: 1.54 m: 2 x 22cm side walls.
Mats are screwed onto the metal structure.
Packed on special wooden pallets.

TubTrax-M2.1.

Straight track - single or multi-track - open module with fleece or DSDF

Features:

Side lines can be freely positioned on the right and left.
Laying one behind the other or next to each other with several tracks.
Side straights can be individually designed to the desired width (1.37m - 1.60m /- x).
All parts are galvanized to prevent rust.
7 mm thick fleece or Dry Slope Drain Fleece©
Fleece is attached between the side modules.
This ensures optimal drainage of rain or melt water.
Optimal protection against dirt from below and UV from above.
High quality for long-term use.
Fastening of mats & fleece with ground nails & screws.

Advantages:

Weight reduction and easier transport.
Low-cost version.
Fast installation and dismantling of straight lines with “DSDF”.
Quickly dismantle the straights with mats.

Loading on pallets (120cm x 100cm)

TubTrax-M2.2.

Hybrid tubing track as a temporary module for existing mat ski slope.

Quick installation and quick uninstallation.

Features:

Floor construction as M2.1.
At the mats marked (e.g. red), the mats are folded up and the M2.2 modules are pushed underneath.
Fastening with screwable ground nails.
The side straights are designed for a width of approx. 1.60m of the tubing track - they fit exactly between two (red) mats.
Modules can be removed again after use for tubing.
Mats automatically fold back flat onto the piste.
Entire area can be used for skiing again.
Galvanized, durable construction.

Advantages:

Same advantages as Tubtrax-M2.
Flexible installation option for several tubing tracks on existing mat ski slopes.

Usage - Summer:
several tracks next to each other with modular installation.
Flat installed mats are folded up and the modules pushed underneath.
One or more tracks can be installed quickly - and uninstalled just as quickly.

Use - Winter:
When the modules are removed the surface is flat again.
Mat area can be used for ski school or to create tubing tracks with snow.
