Our family-run company looks back on a long tradition: Founder Wolfgang H. P. Schmidt has been active in winter sports for over 40 years. He gained his professional experience in the management of internationally renowned companies, e.g. Kneissl, Track, Olin, Hagan Ski, Sergio Tacchini, Feratel, Hasbro Europe, Warner Brothers, Kirch Group.

The activities are bundled in the own company Open Doors Creative Communications GmbH. The success story of the Skitrax World brand began in 2007 with the development of plastic mats for lift entrances, alpine ski slopes and tubing tracks. We are represented on 5 continents with our own exhibition stands. In addition, we have representatives on all continents who provide professional advice to our customers on site. We cooperate with customers and importers in 45 countries.
