What a successful trade fair for Skitrax World.

IAAPA Expo Europe, the leading event for the leisure and attractions industry, concluded at RAI Amsterdam with the highest number of registered attendees in the region's history. Some 17,370 attendees came to network with other professionals, share best practices and resources, discover the latest innovations and visit some of the most unique facilities in the Netherlands during the four-day conference.

IAAPA Expo Europe 2024 also welcomed a total of 13,195 qualified buyers, representing 11,529 buying companies, and more than 680 exhibiting companies. With an area of 18,000 square meters, this year's event surpassed the EMEA record for the largest exhibition space ever held.

Over the three days of the fair, our stand welcomed well over 50 new customers from various countries, including India, Malaysia, Germany, England, Ireland, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Spain, USA, Canada and many more.

Our Tubtrax M1 / M2 / M3 modules and Tubtrax mats for tubing lanes are the absolute hit. From Kids Playground indoor tubing facilities with 20m length up to 150m long tubing tracks and large alpine dry ski areas.

This leading trade fair has developed into a meeting place for the leisure and tourism industry. We presented new products to our customers and gave them innovative ideas for using our products in summer and winter.

Was für eine erfolgreiche Messe für Skitrax World.

Die IAAPA Expo Europe, die führende Veranstaltung für die Freizeit- und Attraktionsbranche, endete im RAI Amsterdam mit der höchsten Zahl an registrierten Teilnehmern in der Geschichte der Region. Rund 17.370 Teilnehmer kamen, um sich mit anderen Fachleuten auszutauschen, bewährte Verfahren und Ressourcen zu nutzen, die neuesten Innovationen zu entdecken und einige der einzigartigsten Einrichtungen der Niederlande während der viertägigen Konferenz zu besuchen.

Die IAAPA Expo Europe 2024 begrüßte außerdem insgesamt 13.195 qualifizierte Einkäufer, die 11.529 einkaufende Unternehmen repräsentierten, und mehr als 680 ausstellende Unternehmen. Mit einer Fläche von 18.000 Quadratmetern übertraf die diesjährige Veranstaltung den EMEA-Rekord für die größte jemals veranstaltete Messefläche.

An den drei Messetagen konnten auf unserem Stand weit über 50 neue Kunden aus verschiedenen Ländern begrüßt werden: u.a. Indien, Malaysia, Deutschland, England, Irland, Schweden, Saudi-Arabien, Griechenland, Spanien, Portugal, Spanien, USA, Kanada u.v.a.m.

Der absolute Renner sind unsere Tubtrax M1 /M2 / M3 Module und Tubtrax Matten für Tubing Bahnen. Von Kids Playground Indoor Tubing Anlagen mit 20m Länge bis zu 150m langen Tubing Bahnen und großen Mattenskigebiete.

Diese Leitmesse hat sich zu einem Treffpunkt der Freizeit und Tourismus Branche entwickelt. Wir haben unseren Kunden neue Produkte vorgeführt und innovative Idee für die Nutzung unserer Produkte im Sommer und im Winter gegeben.

Slide Liquid - Öko Gleitmittel

Umweltfreundliches Gleiten - auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen - oder es nur gut Gleiten soll. Slide Liquid ist ein umweltfreundliches Gleitmittel für den Betrieb von Sessel/Liftbereichen Tubing Bahnen, Mattenskigebieten und Ice-Karting Bahnen. Insbesondere der Sommer 2022 gezeigt, daß die Außentemperaturen sogar Richtung 40 Grad reichten. Durch den Kontakt zwischen Ski und/ oder Tubing Reifen oder Karts mit den Kunststoffmatten entsteht Reibung. Reibung erzeugt Hitze und führt zum Abrieb. Um diesen Abrieb wesentlich zu reduzieren, dient unser Öko-Gleitmittel Slide Liquid.

Sustainable production and installation of the mats. Microabrasion low and bound. We have been producing our plastic mats in Bavaria for over 15 years. We continuously research improvements and optimize our plastic processing. Our granulates consist mainly of DIN standardized polyethylene and UV stabilizers, supplied by German suppliers. A special mix of raw materials is the basis of our mats, whose 2cm high knobs do not break and offer enormous resistance to the steel edges of the skis. The individual 22x22cm mats are used to join large, even surfaces. In addition, the mats can also be quickly disassembled and stored on pallets, depending on whether the mats are to be used permanently or only temporarily.

Nachhaltige Produktion und Verlegung der Matten

Nachhaltige Produktion und Verlegung der Matten . Microabrieb gering und gebunden . Wir produzieren seit über 15 Jahren unsere Kunststoffmatten in Bayern. Kontinuierlich forschen wir nach Verbesserungen und optimieren unsere Kunststoffverarbeitung. Unsere Granulate bestehen überwiegend aus DIN genormten Polyethylen und UV-Stabilisatoren, geliefert von deutschen Lieferanten. Ein besonderer Mix der Grundstoffe ist die Basis unserer Matten, deren 2cm hohe Noppen nicht brechen und den Stahlkanten der Ski enormen Widerstand leisten. Mit den einzelnen 22x22cm großen Matten werden große, ebenmäßige Flächen zusammengesteckt werden. Dazu können die Matten auch schnell wieder auseinandergenommen und auf Paletten gelagert werden, je nachdem ob die Matten fix oder nur temporär genutzt werden sollen.

Positive CO2 balance with alpine dry ski slope. Dry slope amazes with calculation. Not all that glitters is gold! An alpine dry slope area is quickly built, but how sustainable is the installation? What is their CO2 balance? A calculation on this was carried out in January 2023 based on the built alpine dry ski slope in the children's area at the Hocheck adventure mountain in Oberaudorf (GER). What was built? The synthetic slope in the practice area has a length of approx. 76 meters as well as a width of approx. 7.25 meters, a total of approx. 2.3 tons of plastic (for slope + fleece ) was laid on approx. 560 sqm for this purpose. The production of 1 ton of plastic causes approx. 2 tons of CO² emission, the energy expenditure for the recycling at the end of the life span causes additionally approx. 3 tons of CO² emission.

Positive CO2 Bilanz der Kunststoffpiste

Erlebnisberg Oberaudorf-Hocheck mit positiver CO2 Bilanz Nicht alles was glänzt ist Gold! Ein alpines Mattenskigebiet ist schnell aufgebaut, aber wie nachhaltig ist die Installation? Wie sieht die CO2 Bilanz aus? Eine Berechnung dazu wurden im Januar 2023 an Hand der aufgebauten Mattenskipiste im Kinderland am Erlebnisberg Hocheck in Oberaudorf (GER) durchgeführt. Die Kunststoffpiste im Übungsgelände hat eine Länge von ca. 76 Meter sowie eine Breite von ca. 7,25 Meter, insgesamt wurden hierfür ca. 2,3 t Kunststoff ( für Piste + Vlies ) auf ca. 560 qm verlegt. Die Herstellung von 1 Tonne Kunststoff verursacht ca. 2 Tonnen CO² Ausstoß, der Energieaufwand für das Recycling am Ende der Lebensdauer verursacht zusätzlich ca. 3 Tonnen CO² Ausstoß. Die einzelnen Elemente für die Kunststoffpiste werden in Bayern produziert, die Kunststoffpiste hat eine hohe UV-Beständigkeit und eine Haltbarkeit von mind. 15 Jahren.

SKIPISTE - Hybrid - TUBING

Hybride Nutzung für alpine Mattenskigebiete & Tubing Bahnen. Nutzung A: Flexible Mattenskigebiete mit Tubing Bahnen. Die neuartigen Tubtrax-Module 2.2. werden unter die Matten geschoben. Die Matten klappen automatisch auf die Module. Schon ist eine Tubing Bahn mit einer oder mehreren Bahnen fertig zur Nutzung. Nutzung B: Flexible Tubing Bahn im Sommer & Winter Tubing Bahn hat mehreren Strecken in der Sommernutzung. Durch Entfernen des Tubtrax Module 2.2. ergibt sich eine plane Fläche, wo im Winter die Tubing Bahnen mit Schnee modelliert werden können. Im Frühjahr werden die Module wieder integriert und fertig ist die Sommer Tubing Bahn.
