13 kicker water jump in France.
On April 12, 2014, work was completed on the new freestyle & leisure water jump "Indian Forest" in Moutiers on the French Atlantic coast. Three large water basins with a total of 2200 m3 were excavated and developed into a water lagoon. At a height of 10m the launch begins. There you can now jump from beginner to expert on 13 different jumps with different surfaces and jumping angles: with alpine freestyle skis, with BMX bike, with skateboard or with your own body on different rubberized water slides. In addition, there is a climbing garden, children's play center and a paint ball facility.
All jumpers use a life jacket, so no one can go under with or without sports equipment. To meet the strict French hygiene requirements for clean water in public facilities, a large water recycling plant was specially built. The 2,200 m3 from the 3 pools are circulated every six hours, clarified and returned to the pool with 48 nozzles.
A special attraction are the kickers with the fast WaterTrax surface. On an area of more than 600 square meters the plastic mats are installed on different kickers. Red Skitrax mats were used as boundary markers at the edge of each kicker. This way, the freestylers on skis or snowboard can optimally jump their jumps with turns to the "Double Cork" or "720" turns - also switch (backwards), because the nubs of the Skitrax mats give grip in the approach and perfect grip on the kicker when pushing off to the start. 50 Epic tubes tires are in operation.
The target group is very broad. Kids as young as 5 can make friends with the various sports equipment and jump acrobatically into the water. The facility is open daily from April to October. Due to the great ambience of the facility, this is the right place for adventure seekers. From easy to spectacular slides, a climb is possible at any time. With cams, the young jumpers are filmed on demand and can win prizes in the competition "Best jump of the day". A rustic restaurant provides "food & drinks".
Specially trained staff will provide professional training and supervision. The necessary equipment (skis, BMX, wetsuit, helmets, etc. are provided. A traditional log cabin style restaurant and other snack centers are available for parties or celebrations.
