Spezielle PE Gleitplatte machen die Bob´s fit für den Sommer.
Viele Hotels, Restaurants, Berghütten nutzen im Winter den Zipfelbog oder Mini Mono Bob auf Schnee, um den Kunden auf Schnee ein rasantes Rutscherlebnis zu bieten. Leider gab es für dieses Vergnügen zwar unsere entsprechende Tubtrax Gleitmatten, aber keine passenden PE-Gleitplatten! Warum werden solche Platten benötig? Die Mini Mono Bobs und Zipfelbobs sind auch einfachen Kunststoffstoff mit meist nur 1mm Durchmessen am Boden hergestellt. Da die Kunststoffmatten härter sind, entsteht eine sehr hohe Reibung und Abrieb beim jeweiligen Bob. Mit den besonderen Gleitplatt unter dem Bob, geht das Rutschen nahezu reibungslos und daher so schnell wie auf Schnee.
Nun haben wir die Lösung für den Sommerbetrieb gefunden! Eine
neu entwickelte PE- Gleitmatte wird entsprechend der Bodenform vom Mini Mono Bob oder Zipfelbob geformt und einfach unter den Boden geschraubt. Wenn dann noch unsere schnellen
Tubtrax SP Gleitmatten installiert sind, kann der Sommerspass beginnen. Erste Anlagen werden schon erfolgreich betrieben.
Übrigens: so kann die Bobs im Sommer und Winter genutzt werden, ohne die Platte abmontieren zu müssen.
Special PE sliding plates make the bobsleighs fit for summer.
Many hotels, restaurants and mountain huts use the Zipfelbog or Mini Mono Bob on snow in winter to offer their customers a fast-paced sliding experience on snow. Unfortunately, our Tubtrax sliding mats were available for this pleasure, but no suitable PE sliding plates! Why are such plates needed? The Mini Mono Bobs and Zipfelbobs are also made of simple plastic material, usually only 1 mm in diameter at the bottom. As the plastic mats are harder, there is a very high level of friction and abrasion on the respective bob. With the special sliding plate under the bob, sliding is almost frictionless and therefore as fast as on snow.
Now we have found the solution for summer use! A newly developed PE sliding mat is shaped according to the floor shape of the Mini Mono Bob or Zipfelbob and simply screwed under the floor. Once our fast Tubtrax SP sliding mats have been installed, the summer fun can begin. The first installations are already running successfully.
By the way: the bobsleds can be used in summer and winter without having to remove the plate.
