Kommt wieder eine schneearme Weihnachtszeit 2024?
Bereiten sich die Skigebiete unter ca. 1000 Höhenmeter wirklich auf den nächsten schneearmen Winter 2024/2025 vor?
Zumindest in den letzten Wintern wurde die Hoffnung auf weiße Weihnachten nicht oder nur bedingt erfüllt. Hunderte von Urlaubskinder sind angekommen und möchten das Skifahren erlernen - nur der Schnee war nicht da. Was nun? Dann startete wieder der örtliche Bus Tourismus mit dem Transport der Kinder mit Ski Ausrüstung in andere, weiter entfernte, höher liegende Skigebiete. Morgens hin und am Nachmittag wieder zurück! Ökologisch nicht sinnvoll und tägliches Busfahren war eigentlich auch nicht für den Urlaub gebucht! Die Konsequenz wird sein, dass diese Gäste in diesem Ort zukünftig kein Skiurlaub mehr gebucht werden.
Lasst die Kinder nicht im Grünen stehen!
Zumindest im Kinderskibereich im Tal sollte, neben dem Förderband, eine Kunststoffpiste erstellt werden. Dann können sich Skilehrer und die Kindergruppen auf einen spaßigen und (buss)stressfreien Tag einstellen. Sollte dann der Schnee doch kommen, geht die Skischule auf Schnee weiter. Bei einsetzendem Tauwetter wird auf den Matten weiter gefahren.
Hybride "Flexibilität" ist das Zauberwort
Niedrig gelegene Skigebiete müssen zukünftig flexibler Denken. Die ausgelegt Mattenskipiste kann auch als Tubing Bahn genutzt werden. Was für eine Überraschung für die Gäste!
Schnell sind die Tubtrax-M2.2 Module unter eine vertikale Mattenreihe geschoben, schon geht der Spass mit den Tubing Reifen los. Hoch zum Start geht es dann wieder mit dem Förderband oder zu Fuss.
Das ist die neue "Current Future" im Wintersport.
Will there be another low-snow Christmas season 2024?
Are the ski resorts below an altitude of around 1000 meters really preparing for the next winter with little snow in 2024/2025?
In recent winters at least, hopes of a white Christmas have not been fulfilled, or only to a limited extent. Hundreds of vacation children arrived and wanted to learn to ski - only the snow wasn't there. What is now going on? Then the local tourism bus started again to transport the children with their ski equipment to other, more distant, higher-lying ski resorts. Travel start early in the morning and back again in the afternoon! Not ecologically sensible and daily bus travel was not actually booked for the ski vacation! The consequence will be that these guests will no longer book ski vacations in this resort in future.
Don't leave the children in the green countryside!
At least in the children's ski area in the valley, an alpine dry ski slope should be built next to the conveyor belt. Then ski instructors and children's groups can prepare for a fun and stress-free day. If the snow does come, the ski school will continue on snow. When the thaw sets in, skiing continues on the mats.
Hybrid “flexibility” is the magic word
Ski resorts with low altitute, will have to think more flexibly in future. The placed dry ski slope can also be used as a tubing track! What a surprise for the guests!
The Tubtrax-M2.2 modules are quickly pushed under a vertical row of mats and the fun with the tubing tires can begin. You then return to the start by conveyor belt or on foot.
This is the new “Current Future” in winter sports.
