Build your own slope style park
It also works without snow.
Quickly 15m are built with the sliding mats "Slopetrax". Before that, the snowboarder and "shaper" Tom Avisic built himself a launch ramp with a height of about 2m out of wood. With an angle of inclination of approx. 25%, several meters of wood were then laid crosswise. On it the Slopetrax sliding mats were fastened with wood screws.
For the run-out, sliding mats were then laid on the lawn with a width of 1.60m. In the middle area, two more rows of mats were laid because an obstacle "bench" will be placed here later. The track can be enlarged or changed at any time. The mats have a size of 22x22cm and can be quickly put together - and pulled apart again - by an easy-to-use plug-in system "PLUG IN/OUT SYSTEM".

Shredding over the obstacles. A lot has changed in recent years. Globally, the demand for "skiing & snowboarding & tubing" is growing rapidly. Especially in countries where there is no snow or only in high mountain areas, the interest is very high. On small or large alpine ry slope slopes, no matter where in the world, alpine skiers, slopestylers, freestylers, skicrossers, freeskiers can do all year round what otherwise only works in the "snow" areas - carving, riding, sliding, jumping until the lights are turned off. The middle class in countries like China, Thailand, Brazil, Mexico and many more is growing fast and so is the desire for first skiing opportunities. The more "on-site skiing" is offered and refined on dry slope mats in these countries, and even cooperations are entered into, e.g. with winter sports areas in the Alps, the more winter sports enthusiasts come from these countries to the advertising winter sports areas later in the winter.

Auf kleinen oder großen Mattenskipisten, egal wo auf der Welt, können alpine Skifahrer, Slopestyler, Freestyler, Skicrosser, Freeskier das ganze Jahr machen, was sonst nur in den „Schnee“gebieten funktioniert - carven, riden, sliden, jumpen bis das Licht abgeschaltet wird.

Final phase of installation. It was already an ambitious plan to build the biggest mat ski slope and tubing track in Europe within about 6 months. Everything was to be ready by the time the first snow came in December. A total of 15 truck loads brought all the material to Lviv. Almost 400,000 pcs. Tubtrax and Sloptrax sliding mats were delivered. Additional tons of drainage fleece for wastewater control, stopping carpets for the tubing lanes, over 70,000 soil nails for ground stabilization and 300 EpicTubing tires.
